PDF, XLS, XLSX, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG or WEBP. Several files are fine.

Drawings, mood references or site photographs. JPG, PNG, WEBP or PDF.

Attachments are sent with the request, up to 10 MB in total across all files. Anything larger, or any other file type, is rejected before the request is sent — and the reply will tell you which file it was.

05Notes and scope

Tolerances, cultivar preferences, phasing, anything already agreed with the consultant, or species not in the archive.

Green World Club’s normal scope ends at the specifically agreed handover point at the port of origin in Thailand. Ocean freight, destination import clearance and onward transport are the client’s responsibility unless separately agreed in writing.

What you send is used to answer this request and nothing else. Attachments travel with it. Privacy notice.
