What we collect, and why.
This website collects nothing on its own. The only information we hold is what you choose to type into the proposal request, or send us by email.
- What we collect
- Only what you enter voluntarily: your name, company, email address, telephone number, project and destination details, the species and quantities you are asking about, your notes, and any plant list, BOQ or reference files you attach.We do not ask for anything else, and the site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
- Why we use it
- To read your request, decide what we can survey against it, ask you the questions that need settling, and come back with a sourcing proposal or quotation. That is the only purpose.
- Who processes it
- We use service providers to host this website and to carry the email your request becomes. They process your request on our behalf so that it reaches us.If you use the Email this request option instead, the message is composed in your own email application and travels through your own email provider — it does not pass through this website at all.
- What we never do
- We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
- Access and deletion
