From a plant list to a lot at the port.
Six stages, in this order. Nothing is prepared before you have seen the actual lot and approved it, and the sequence ends at the specifically agreed handover point at the Thai port of origin.
The six stages

Receive the plant list or BOQ
Send the species, dimensions, quantity and destination requirements in whatever form you already work in — a plant schedule, a BOQ line, or a marked-up drawing.

Review specification and destination
We check species, dimensions, quantity and destination requirements, and come back with anything that needs deciding before a survey is worth running.
2–4 days
- 03
Survey sources, return imagery and measured data
Growing areas are surveyed against the specification. You receive actual lot imagery and measured data for the material we can propose — not catalogue photographs.

Client selection and approval
You select from what has been surveyed and approve the lot. Nothing is prepared before this point, and the approved images become the reference for what is handed over.

Inspect, tag, prepare and document
Approved plants are inspected, tagged, prepared for transport and documented so that what arrives at the port matches what you approved.

Handover at the agreed point at the Thai port
The consignment is handed over at the specifically agreed point at the port of origin. From there the onward journey is yours or your forwarder’s.
Agreed date
Lead-time basisIndicative lead time begins after specification and lot approval, assumes suitable nursery stock is available, and excludes any additional destination permit, treatment, inspection or vessel-booking time.
Measurement
How we measure.
A dimension is only useful if both sides measure it the same way. These are the definitions we work to, and the ones your specification will be read against.
Figure 01 · Plant height
Growing-medium surface to the highest point of the plant.
Conceptual form illustration supplied with the brief. It is not one of the five catalogue species.
Figure 02 · Crown width
The widest foliage span, measured across the plant at its widest point.
For clump-forming species this is recorded as clump spread instead.
Figure 03 · Overall shipping height
Container base to the protected top of the plant, as packed.
The illustration shows a figure for scale only. In a shipping specification the measurement starts at the container base, not at ground level.
- Plant height
- Growing-medium surface to the highest point of the plant.
- Crown width
- The widest foliage span, measured across the plant at its widest point.
- Stem caliper
- Stem diameter measured 10 cm above the growing medium.
- Overall shipping height
- Container base to the protected top of the plant, as packed.
- Container diameter and volume
- Internal container diameter and approximate volume in litres.

What arrives with an approved lot.
Every item below is produced from the plants you actually approved. We do not list a document as supplied until it is confirmed as available for that destination and that consignment.

06 / Scope
The line is drawn at the port of origin.
Green World Club’s normal scope ends at the specifically agreed handover point at the port of origin in Thailand. Ocean freight, destination import clearance and onward transport are the client’s responsibility unless separately agreed in writing.
